If you're a young person who's struggling, you don't have to necessarily make a doctor appointment first. Reach out to an older friend or teacher at school for a little bit of guidance.
Sometimes your own head can be a scary place. Don't beat yourself up if you're having trouble staying on target or completing tasks. It's out of your control, and with a little help, you will get better.

I spend a lot of time looking for things. I do not put things away as I should. My desk is an ode to entropy. My car is a hodge-podge of grocery sacks, bicycle pumps and assorted groceries that feel out of a sack while in transit.
