Hi guys I’m having what I believe is an adhd meltdown. Not quite sure how to deal with it. So ridden with anxiety which is telling me everything in my life is failing and it’s giving me panic attacks and I keep stressing about things and making problems. Anyone else been there? I haven’t slept properly in weeks, currently doing a 15 hour shift on 0 sleep and I’m going under big time I can’t stop panicking about everything in my life
To break cycles, find shutting eyes for half an hour daily using relaxation techniques and listening to the chatter helps reboot the brain, stopping the various looping processes.
Yes I have definitely been there and it’s probably because you haven’t gotten adequate sleep or rest

Sometimes something has to give. Getting a proper rest by doing nothing one weekend may be a mental health trade off.
Ive just come from a weekend of doing exactly this. I feel a bit better for it.
Some fires can be left to burn for a bit.
