Can feel a panic attack coming on so scared😫 I hate this feeling they are so scary😢😢😢
Is there anything that you can do to help reduce your symptoms? What has helped you in the past? I do breathing exercises when I feel an attack coming on. Have you heard of Box Breathing?
I do usally have a nice bubble bath to try and take my mind off it but sometimes it doesn’t help me much or I do go on my phone a lot to take my mind off it but can’t stop thinking about it, no never heard of box breathing what is it? Does it help?
