What is it overwhelmed with? Anything specific or just everything?
I just feel like I’m overthinking my own mental health like I keep Thinking I’m hearing music for some reason and I’m working in the heat each day going through severe sugar and caffeine withdrawals so a lot going on
Hey Alex! Here to chat if you ever need it, it can be tough dealing with mental health anxiety. I find trying to find 'proof' for some of my negative thoughts or health scares helps though, usually it shows me that I'm just overthinking and that everything is fine for the moment 🙌
Yeah I feel like I know it’s just overthinking but yeah. Like my mind involuntarily gets songs stuck in it recently and it’s a huge long story
Have you got any techniques or strategies to reduce your anxiety? I find grounding exercises and breathing exercises can help when I’m feeling really overwhelmed
