I’m tired of my body not being able to handle stress. Soon as I’m under stress, in come the panic episodes and weird body sensations, I just want to acknowledge the stress and get over it

I feel you Dolly, strange how our bodies seem to take over sometimes! I feel acknowledging the sensations and focusing on them sometimes help ease the tension and stress, breathe through it, it's a process but you got this 🙌

So certain stress levels trigger all that, I take it? Can you work on detecting it sooner so you can implement some strategies? Sometimes when I want to acknowledge a thing (like stress), I have to work at accepting the other thing (like panic attacks) to even be able to reach it :0/

I had some very worrying bodily sensations the months and years surrounding the big burn out I experienced as few years back. It took a long time to sift through all the information out there that was supposed to help. Perhaps one of my best finds was the book ‘Emotional Intelligence’ by Gill Hasson, or another was ‘WE’ by Gillian Anderson and Jennifer Nedal.

I can understand and relate to what you’re saying sometimes bringing yourself back to the present moment helps I also found grounding techniques very helpful as well. Some grounding techniques I use are deep breathing, counting, thinking of a color and counting how many items I see that are the same color.
