I have been trying to start my keto diet all month;but the truth is like any diet, it's so hard to start because during waiting periods where you prepare your body for dieting, you find yourself craving more than you normally would. Weight changes takes so much time and dedication.😔
Hey there! I can imagine that this is very upsetting, I know all about it, I have struggled with diets as well. What has helped me a lot is to start with making small changes. Instead of instantly going full keto, start making small changes first!
I did Keto a few years ago and lost a lot of weight. I ended up going off of it qnd gained it all back, I'm trying to get started again and it is really hard to get back on that routine
