How much of your time each day is spent actually doing something that you love? After rushing around in the morning getting ready for work, driving to work, working, and then driving home, a large part of the day is gone. And yet, you probably haven’t spent any time doing something you enjoy.

If you wait until you have free time to do the things you love to do, you’ll never do them. The key is to schedule time each day to do something you enjoy. The things you like to do are important because you’re important.

Schedule at least 30 minutes today, and each day going forward, to do something you enjoy. It doesn’t matter how silly or meaningless it might be. If you enjoy it, that’s enough.
