It’s an “exciting” day here in the US (I think most of them are!)...lots of emotions for some people.

For me, I’m breathing deeply, keeping focused on the things I can benefit from, like exercise, meditation, dog walks, and good snacks ;)

Since the pandemic first hit my area I have made a pact with myself to meditate and move everyday. It is a non-negotiable rule that every day I sit for at least 10 minutes and do some sort of workout. It has helped me stay in a good head space. Or, at least a better head space :)
