Week 2 of goal chat! Com’mon! Let us hear about your goals!
I’m a gal who like to set goals for myself. I don’t always reach them exactly, but in general having an aim gets me moving in the right direction regardless.
I would like to remind us all...when setting a goal be specific! Vague goals lead to vague momentum. If your goal is to eat healthier really delineate what that means. In stead of “I want to eat healthier” use this as your motivator: “I will eat vegetables at every meal and for my snacks. I will only shop for foods that are truly beneficial, and each week will try new healthy recipes”
That is specific. When will you eat veggies? Every meal and snacks. How will you get beneficial foods? I will shop for them. How often will I try new recipes? Every week.
