Are you dealing with anxiety or stress? Let’s all take a deep breath in.... and drop our shoulders...and release all that stale air....
Now let’s place our feet flat on the floor, sit up straight as you can, remember once again to drop your shoulders and do that breath work again.
I also firmly believe that journaling is a wonderful tool for destressing
Always right in the affirmative. And what I mean by that is write down what you want not what you don’t want.
The statement I enjoy living a healthy life is a much more powerful statement then I hope I don’t get sick. Does that make sense, keep writing in the affirmative.
