I have to be “tricked” into exercising. Dancing, roller skating, swimming, hula hooping...I like it to be FUN!

So if I don’t push myself to keep moving I can’t do and experience all I truly desire. Think about what you really want and know that a healthy body is one of the MAIN keys to reaching your goals.

I get that it's just a mental thing with me I just I don't walk like I used to I don't think like I used to I used to think you know I could walk wherever I wanted do whatever I wanted and I did however I'm 61 .. I know I need to exercise more however I just but I will try to help hold myself accountable to at least light stretches
