How is everyone with a 9-5 job handling having so little time in the evening to do things they want, like the gym?

I work 4-12, eat when I get home and then nap for a couple hours then hit the gym at 4-6. Then I'm in bed by 8 and repeat.

I only work part time 4 days a week and as it’s in retail I’m too tired to do anything especially exercise on my days off as my job Is very active .
