It’s gonna take time especially if it’s recent. Have you spoke to your doctor about it.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Susan. I don't think it's something we can just "get over". Grief is complex at the best of times. What kind of help do you need? We're here for you 💜

Thank you so much. I have 35 years of fun loving great memories and a wonderful supportive family. So I have to believe I will accept the loss never forget but find the joy in living again

I'm really sorry for your loss. cancer is a real devil. it takes time to move on, just take all the time you need. you might feel better if you open up with your family/friends, get it all off your chest. take all the help that you can get. you will get through this❤️!

I’m so sorry! Grief is love. Be ok with your emotions. What do you want for yourself right now. Try to define that then give that to yourself. Empathy is so important right now. Just allow yourself to be. It takes time to start new ways. Much love to you. I pray you ask for support. Even asking for a hug or your friends to not give advice but just hold you. Sometimes curling up and asking God to hold you feels SO GOOD.

I am working on reaching out to friends realizing I have many people who truly love me. Taking steps to pull me out of a deep depression and profound anxiety. I can’t believe there are so many caring people who take the time to reach out. Thank you so much
