I'm sorry to hear you're struggling, Mo. For me it's less about finding control, but more about being kinder and patient when things don't go to plan (which is a lot!). Food is a source of control for me too, but allowing my feelings and emotions more (no matter how difficult) is helping me slowly. Giving myself space to feel and heal so that I'm less likely to turn to controlling behaviours like restricting and binging.
