Time, or the lack of extra time, is the most common Taking a closer look at our daily schedule many times helps us to realize that what we perceive is a lack of time is not a lack of time at all. It's what we do with our time and how we prioritize our days. Suggestion - keep an activity journal for a few days so you can actually see what you do with your time, and how you can change your schedule to fit in some exercise.

Setting unrealistic goals is another common barrier to exercise. *Remember, goals have to be attainable. You need to be able to see yourself reaching the goal for it to be realistic. If your goal is out of reach you will have no motivation to work toward achieving it.

Lack of social support is another common barrier to exercise. *Enlist a buddy if you can or share your exercise goals with somebody in your world you know will support you.
