Setting small, attainable wellness goals is a great way to stay on track with our mental and physical health anytime, but especially during times that are most challenging.
Examples might include short bouts of exercise, proper nutrition, getting adequate sleep, and taking a few deep breaths when we are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Remember small attainable goals.
Try to remember things that you have to be grateful for, and stay connected to friends and loved ones.
