With Thanksgiving only a few days away, I thought it would be a good idea to talk about the things in life we are thankful for, as well as any feelings positive or negative that we may be having with regard to the holiday.

I’m Canadian so my thanksgiving past. But I usually I feel a bit upset if I overeat

I walk 2 miles everyday, I practice piano and read good books. I meditate and eat as healthy as possible. If it wasn't so cold, I hike and kayak too. Will you have someone to spend Thanksgiving with?
