Good afternoon everyone! How is everyone feeling today?
Today I'm wondering if you feel your age is affecting your lifestyle, your health, and/or your fitness?
And this could be in a positive or negative way. How are we adapting our lifestyles as we age?
An important thing to always keep in mind as we age is that life is always changing, right? This is true through all stages of life. Having a mindset of embracing the change, and finding a little time each day to be thankful for what we can do. Setting little goals, attainable goals, to keep ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.
Small attainable goals might be taking a walk a few times a week, stopping for a few minutes to clear our minds and take a few deep breaths, having a healthy meal for dinner, positive self-talk. You don't need to choose all of them, start with one, and build from there. Remember we're only human, so when we fall a little short it's okay. Never judge yourself, just try again the next day.
Just remember, small, attainable goals is the key to developing consistency, and improving your health, fitness, and quality of life. Look forward to chatting with you soon!
