It's slightly different for everyone. Trying different things by asking, what do I need right now can be a helpful start. For some, it involves immersing in social activities or exercise. For others, it could be literally sleeping or resting. For me, it's time alone, space to be quiet, meditate, be creative, rest and fuel my body with food.
