My biggest goal is to be able to go out of the house alone without being overwhelmed by a panic attack. Might seem really simple to so many, but for me it's been a few years now. So my small steps have been focusing on going out and practising breathing techniques and grounding exercises with others. Today I'm planning on going for a walk with my dad. I'm so anxious but I know this step will help me long term, even if it's not the most enjoyable now.
