This week I’ve only been on two walks -.- tomorrow I’m going for a walk with my mum so I know I’ll 100% do it but it’s really getting to me I’m struggling with getting my routine back (I just moved houses) I need to walk my dog daily but today I just couldn’t get out of bed -.-

I have been there! Have had those lull days…just take it one step at a time. Don’t be so hard on yourself. We all need a timeout. Getting fresh air definitely helps uplift the mood so try to get out there with good music at hand and happy thoughts
