Where do you feel you need motivation most?
Holding myself more accountable in regards to my anxiety. I feel like I don’t try enough to help myself

I’d say regarding being fit.. eating better (consistently) and taking weekly walks. A walk a week seems very attainable but I haven’t. Also it’s getting really hot in Arizona and I’m not a morning person nor am I ok with walking at night
I have been there. The easiest commitments are often the easiest to break because they seems so below us. I hope you stay on the right track though 🙌🏻 Maybe try making a calendar or put notifications on your phone so you know you have to go take your walk, for example. Scheduling helped me a lot with improving my motivation
