Here's my push routine, if anyone wants to try: Bb pause bench press: 5x5 Bb standing ohp: 3-4x8 Incline db press: 3-4x10 Dips (assisted or weighted): 3x12 Db side lateral raises: 3x15 Skullcrushers: 3x8 Single arm cable triceps extensions: 3x10
