Swimming, running, exercise bike, weights, boxing, dancing and jogging at least are all good

Aqua fit you can do like in the shallow end or learn to swim .

Are you starting with any chronic health conditions or concerns? I’m essentially bed ridden so I exercise in bed. I can always pump some iron or do my hands like they’re pedaling a bike. Even the smallest steps can tip the scales back to losing weight…
