How do y’all get motivated to workout? I need help with that 😅 I give up or I be lazy after a week of working out 😅
Hi wish I had the answer to this one as this is the hardest thing I find to do and I need to evcercise on a daily basis as I suffer with multiple pain and all sorts of conditions as a result of car crash accident 30 years ago

Tbh there are days I'm not even motivated but I still do it. It also helps to have a program you can follow.

I hate working out! So I feel ya! What do you enjoy doing? For me I love nature. So nature walks and mountain biking is my go to for workouts. They don’t even feel like I workout because I enjoy it so much! On the days I can’t get outside, I try to do yoga or light lifting.
I had to look my life over (routines and habits) then remove barriers, look for ways to ease it in, make it fun, and create mental cues like timers
