I work out each day even though I may feel tired or unwell. I start off with a warm up of roughly 10 minutes then my full exercise 25 minutes then cool down which is 10 minutes.

I workout 8 days in a row and I rest on the 9th day. Each workout is about 1.5 hours. I might be overdoing it cause I'm starting to burn out. Gonna take 2-3 days off and then continue the cycle.
