I wish I could get into Excercise. If anyone needs to Excercise it’s me!
Always time to start. Even walking is exercising. I know around here we have lake and around it has different obstacles to do like monkey bars, step ups etc so that’s always good to do. Or maybe try and join a walking or some group if you feel that would help being with others to motivate.
I have learned to stop whatever and allocate about 30 minutes I just doing it. 💫
I walk each and every days but Hv health issues , feet! Hv to take it easy as can flare up inflammation also Hv screws in ankle! Very painful!
