Today’s craving: tomato and avocado sandwich 🍅 🥑 🥪 I’ve always been the type to peel off tomatoes. Felt they ruined my sandwich, left a yuck taste. And I couldn’t stomach avocados. I’d always get very very ill to the point of puking. After around the third time of having avocados (taste one for the first time in my teens) I concluded my tastebuds liked them, but my stomach detested them. However, my tastebuds and stomach took on new life during a raw vegan fast, I craved both and ever since raw tomato and avocados have been on the menu and like today, sometimes it’s on the craving. 😉 I’d be curious if anyone else had any total tastebud changes?
What do you think the vegan rhino cutlet was made of? 😆

Hello everyone, I wanted to know what your opinion is about going on a vegan diet while severely underweight? Would it be okay? I've heard most people mention losing weight as a major benefit of cutting out animal products, but losing weight is the opposite of what I want to do right now. I don't know if it's a good idea to put restrictions on what I eat since I'm currently at a weight that makes doctors accuse me of having an eating disorder. I don't have an eating disorder but I do have a severe anxiety and a panic disorder that prevents me from eating and occasionally makes me vomit. I've lost 30+ lbs from panic attacks. I want to be healthy in general but because I'm so underweight there are a lot of healthy things I've been avoiding doing, not only going vegan, but also things like exercise. People have told me to avoid exercise until I reach a healthy weight too and that I should focus on my diet for now (to regain a healthy weight), but I don't know if a diet where I'm cutting out certain food products is good. Any suggestions on how to eat vegan without dropping the weight? I really can't get any more skinny... I had a fall that would normally not have hurt someone with more weight, but that resulted in a serious fracture and hospitalization. I am very frail. But I am considering ditching animal products, it's just I'm not sure if now is the right time or what I need to do to avoid the famous "weight loss benefit" if I were to do it now. Thank you.

Hi. I was a vegetarian 15 years ago. I felt good and looked good. My only problem was I developed a severe B12 deficiency and went to the doctor every month for a B12 shot. I'm hoping to get back to healthy eating maybe without the need for B12 supplements.
