How is everyone? Mid week- still early in the very last month of the year ... idk about you but I’ve noticed some particular stressors increasing in my life lately. It’s so important we continue to commit to our wellbeing!

Stress and anxiety have made my depression much harder to deal with, and I can't say I've been "dealing" with it well.

Thanks for sharing. 💙That does sound tough for them to compound. Would it be helpful to clarify how you wish to “deal” or perhaps helpful to look upstream and some of the stress and anxiety sources?

We’ve been setting the foundation around wellbeing - what it means to use and why it’s important. I love helping each other zoom out for a big picture approach! I know when I’m feeling icky (like today is a tough day for me honestly) I can have blinders on like EVERYTHING is going wonky. But when I remember all the dimensions, I can generally find an area with a bright spot

Just got sober. Then just started learning about my traumas and taking mental health seriously. My father made it seem like I was supposed to be perfect and I'd go through the motions I thought I was supposed to

Congratulations on your sobriety and awareness. This is opening up a door to healing perhaps? Though the path forward may feel pretty shaky for awhile? I’m curious, what’s something you’re proud of yourself for. Your own love note or affirmation for yourself?

I’ve noticed for me spiritual wellness has been a bright spot in my life lately. My connection to a higher power and expanding my sense of purpose and meaning in life. When I spend a little time reflecting on what makes this a bright spot lately, it’s fun to have gratitude and see the different puzzles pieces that are coming together!
