Yes it truly is cleansing! There is a great exercise for clearing your space and it is to get rid of nine things a day for 21 days. You can give them away throw them out whatever. But you have to do nine things each day. If you don’t throw out nine things one day, then you start over again at day one! It is amazing how much energy you free up by doing this!

I think if I spent 20 minute every day cleaning out the old stuff, I’d be done by Christmas. Taking it a bit at a time keeps it from being overwhelming.
Yes, visuals truly are amazing Motivational tools! Putting a sticker or a star on your calendar every day you do something really does help you see what you’ve done and how far you’ve come over time! I’ve used it many times as I started new habits or started again! Such as exercising, meditating, dancing etc.

My body sets the time for me, but I have learned to rest for while and then go back to work.
I was at the college this morning preparing for the class that begins on Tuesday. So, ensuring that all the supplies are there, Printing off what needed to be printed off etc. etc. End it reminds me of starting something new. Do you know what you want, then you need to take a look at what do you need in order to begin

Yes, I got into her back around 2005. It really helped me get organized as I was not organized at all! Then I got him to feng shui and that was even more fun!

Yes, it’s important to listen to our body! And equally important not to go overboard when starting something new! Often times were so gung ho to start out with and then we lose steam!

If I don't gather my tools beforehand, I can lose track of my project. Then that pause can derail me.
I am sorry to hear that Becca! Be compassionate with yourself, that’s always important! No set yourself a mini step that you can take to feel productive! Maybe it’s writing a list of micro steps you could take that would be fun that you could take nest. Then decide which one you want to begin with!
I am a firm believer in affirmations to help motivate. For instance, it’s never too late to begin again! Today is a new day filled with new possibilities! I am exactly where I am meant to be on my path and something good will come from this!

Today I didn’t even remember to eat or drink until 8pm. It’s just been an awful day (it’s 10:15pm here now)
Celebrating a new start might give you a lift.

I’m struggling with the picking up part today. I think this one is going to set me back for a while
Instead of focussing on what you didn’t do yesterday or what you didn’t do in the past, focus on what you can do in the present. What is that one step that will move you forward?

Oh, but I did reach out to two old friends today. We were close four years ago. I explained why I disappeared and waiting to see how they take it
So before you go to bed tonight ask yourself what is that one step I could take tomorrow morning? And let it percolate in your mind as you sleep. Don’t think about it! Then see what unfolds for you in the morning! Often sleeping on it is the best thing we can do!

Remember, S Stop, T Take a breath- focus on your breathing for a couple minutes, O observe what’s going on around you, what you feel what you sent sweet taste what you hear, then P proceed -ask yourself what’s the most important thing for me to do next? And do that.
