I have found that myself in confidence increases as I take action and do the steps that I want to do to obtain the goal or project that I want to complete!
LOL, I speak into my phone as I have arthritis in my wrist. That should say my space self confidence increases!
So if losing weight is the goal, have you created a plan to Make this happen?
I’d love to hear where you are on your journey, at the beginning middle or still contemplating?

Excellent! So creating a plan on paper is a fabulous start for you!
Or, is the start to look at other ways of increasing self-confidence?
Sometimes, we grasp onto one idea, without brainstorming and thinking of other ways that we might increase ourself-confidence as well
I don’t know others ways that would or I am just not aware of other ways
Great! So you’re in the contemplation stage. Losing weight really does increase our self esteem and self confidence. What other reasons would you like to lose weight in addition to increasing your self-confidence?
If we’re really clear on the Why, it will help us through the times when we don’t feel very motivated.
So you might want to start with listing the reasons why you want to drop some weight.
How you will feel, how are you will think about yourself, how are you see yourself etc. engage all your senses!
Then write them down somewhere, you may want to start a journal for your goal. Then start a routine of determining what you’ll do each day what the steps will be toward reaching that goal, writing them down each morning and each night writing down what you did so you can celebrate!
So once you have your Y, and you also want to know how you’re going to measure success. So how much weight would you like to lose, or what pants size would you like to get into?
Do you have a clear idea of how much she would like to weigh?
Great! Do you have a plan on how you will drop the weight?
It’s a lifestyle change, so you want to make it something that will be enjoyable to you!
At the beginning, it may be a real challenge because it’s new and a learning curve.
I it in my head I have to write it down and I need to start making it a habit to do that in the morning and at night

Great! It’s really important to write down the successes you have each day! That really helps boost your self-confidence. Then when you’re a little further down the ways in your weight loss journey, if you start to get discouraged, you can read your past entries and see how far you’ve come!
So it’s important when we’re starting a new goal to start right away. It doesn’t need to be a big step, but a step immediately in the right direction!
So what is the step you could start with immediately?
My goal For the next 4 hours
Maybe it’s something like Going for a walk around the block each day if you haven’t been out for a while.
To not eat bad carbs
Yes. I was thinking maybe 15 min on my treadmill
Great! That’s a good one, with the holidays coming and lots of bad carbs available!
So you want to start out with something simple, that you can accomplish easily! So for instance if you normally eat bad carbs every day it might be not eating bad carbs one day this week, two days next week, three days a week after etc.
You want to set yourself up for success, not failure!😄

If you know there are some barriers- Places where you normally eat carbs for instance, while watching TV in the evening – do something differently!

Do you have any questions, anything you’re wondering about?
Just saw the 15 minutes on the treadmill – that’s awesome! You might want to do the same with that as well, if you haven’t been on the treadmill for a while maybe it’s 15 minutes two times this week, three times a week after etc.
Then if you feel like doing it more days you always can! You’re setting yourself up for success big time! And your self confidence increases as well!!!
