That’s also a great 👍 Observation of how often we automatically do things that are good for us because of the body’s innate wisdom!

So, this morning miracle ritual that Hal Elrod wrote about and millions of people follow is doing what he calls SAVERS when you first get up.

Sounds like a lot, but it doesn’t need to take much time! We can just spend two minutes on each one each morning and it’ll start your day off on a good foot, and overtime make you feel really good!

I have been trying to find a way to get exercise into my morning routine and so far have procrastinated. This acronym may be the tool I need.

So silence doesn’t need to be long. Most people call it meditation. When I wake up in the morning, I lie there for a few minutes, give thanks that I have another beautiful day on this planet, and allow the Peace to flow through me and feel love and then I send that love out into the world.

Then I get out of bed, and the first thing I do- after making my coffee- is write ✍️ in my journal.

Starting to exercise is great! For me, what I like to do is put on some good music, and then dance for a few minutes! For me now, my knees aren’t working that well anymore, so it’s more of a walk around the room but I get my whole body into it! I let myself do whatever the music moves me too, while walking to the rhythm

Sometimes we think of exercise as a big deal, but if we just start with something easy and fun for us it makes a huge difference!

The other thing I do Mary, is get out and walk around a block or two and just enjoy nature! I do this some mornings when I first get up other times I do it later on. I tend to go for a walk around the block whenever I start to feel stressed, so sometimes it’s three or four times in a day LOL! So it’s only often just 10 minutes or 15 minutes, but it soothes my soul!

Sometimes people can visualize in pictures, sometimes it’s in words sometimes it’s in thoughts, sometimes it’s in feelings. It doesn’t matter how are you visualize, it’s just having the practice of remembering what it is that you desire and feeling yourself already there.

Saul for instance, if you want to feel more happiness, see yourself being happy! Really get into the census of it, what you’re doing what you’re thinking how you’re feeling what you’re smelling what you’re touching what you’re hearing.
