Hello fantastic folks! I am so glad and honored that you’re here in the group today/tonight!
How’s it going for you? Have any specific topics you’d like to begin with?
Hello! Hope you’re well😊
Thank you! How are you doing?
For those of you here in the US I know it’s a big day. For some it is a stressful day, for others an exciting one.
I’m making the suggestion, as seen above in my graphic, that we remember to come from a place of compassion. In our dealings with others and in our dealings with ourselves
Having compassion for yourself may seem difficult if you’re “used” to thinking unkind things about yourself.
It IS possible to replace old patterns of negative thoughts. It may take you some time but you CAN start today to be kinder to yourself.
It starts with checking in on what you’re thinking. Remember, your thoughts ARE NOT necessarily FACTS!
For instance you may think “This person was mean towards me on purpose” You may not actually know that for a FACT unless you discuss the situation with them. Perhaps they made an error, or perhaps you just misunderstood them. I can give you tons of examples of times when we might get caught up in thinking something is fact when it simply just isn’t so.
This work is important for us to lead our best lives. I urge you to challenge your thought patterns that may be dragging you down. This is how you mature. This is how you live your best life.
I help my clients do just that...live their best lives. We create programs around their goals and life long plans. We always work on thought habits. If we don’t do that work than the other pieces of the puzzle just don’t fit in well.
Anyone have any questions they’d like help with during this session?
Here’s a tool I share with my clients. If you’d like to chat more about mindset, make contact. :) Have a wonderful evening...and remember: be kind to yourself! :) Filomena
