With the change in the weather I am making more of an effort to get outside and moving. I have began to jog a little with my dog (she loves it!) and have been continuing my yoga practice. What are you doing to stay healthy? Let’s talk about your goals in this area.
One of the best ways to get going on a healthy habit is to make doing the thing easy. For example, I keep my yoga mat out all the time. That way, if I have 3 minutes here or there during the day I can “strike a pose” lol. Want to start running? Start by putting your running shoes near the door (or even better...on your feet!)
