I’ve been doing some research on alternative healing modalities. I’ve been a yogi for a while, and definitely believe in the power of herbs and a specialized diet.

Today I woke up just about 5:30 AM did some simple yoga stretches. I is a wonderful way to get the day rolling. Then I put on some of my favorite music and had a private dance party. My mood was instantly lifted! Even without coffee lol ;)

I’m actually in a decent mindset (for now), making the effort to look after myself. I guess things still on my mind are personal family things - I’m a co-carer to a sister with autism and that’s always in the back of my mind. Almost like a ball and chain

So I'm trying to help others and stuff, but that's me wearing a mask. I live alone and I'm bipolar and have depression most of the time. Idk what to do.

Thanks for sharing. My wish for you is that you keep focusing on what you want and what makes you feel good & healthy. Our brains can only focus on 1 thing at a time, so choose whenever you can to focus on what’s helpful. I am visited by depression and anxiety, I know how hard it can feel to stay focused on the positive, but it is what will get us through.
