I sometimes have hot flashes

Since I started experiencing hot flashes on the regular I’ve begone taking black cohosh supplements everyday and it’s practically eradicated my flashes and night heat waves. I’ve also cut down on caffeine...not 100% but enough that I feel like it’s helping.
I also bought a “cooling blanket” online and it’s great for the night time warm spells. A private client of mine got one too and she loves it!
I might have to get one
I already eat a pretty balanced diet but I am paying attention to the quantities of hot sauce and other spicy ingredients I’m eating. PS, I LOVE hot sauce lol
Another tip I’ve been experimenting with is fennel. I’m currently reading “Ancient Secrets of a Master Healer” and fennel was suggested for balancing hormones. I put a few pinches in some warm water and and sip on it. I like chewing on the seeds as they soften.
