Tell me, what’s a habit you are working to refresh right now?
Daily exercise. I recently moved.
I would like to start eating consistently. When I’m stressed or high anxiety levels, I don’t eat properly or regularly. For some, it might be a small task but for me it’s a war.
I hear ya Chelsea! Let’s start by saying what you want in the affirmative. “I am eating consistently”.
@chelsea-cook it’s great that you recognize the anxiety and eating connection. That’s really the first step. I have to watch out for this in my life too.

Me too. I definitely know I have potential. Right now, my brain is scattered. I feel as thought my life could be so much better if I got my though patterns and behaviors straightened out. Is that type of thing related to habits?
Yes, this is all connected. Breathe deeply. Keep a journal practice. Read a “easy” book. Nothing with too much violence or anxiety provoking plots. These 3 tools will help immensely with the scattered brain feeling.
