Tell me something you’re doing to stay healthy this season. For me I’m meditating everyday.
I sometimes find it hard to get into an exercise routine, but I know that I feel way more limber and my headspace is better when I do, so I force myself to get on my yoga mat.
I am also mindful of how many sugary sweets I’m eating. I LOVE to snack throughout the day so keeping some crispy apples and yogurt around the house helps me to not eat an entire box of cookies while I’m working around the house.
