😀😀😀😀😀Welcome to today’s live session! Let’s talk about motivation. What motivates you when you need to get something checked off your to do list?
For some people, just the act of physically checking off a box and a piece of paper or on their computer is all the motivation they need to accomplish a goal.
Other people find motivation and having someone check in on them. Think of it like a buddy system. You collaborate with a friend or a coach or a colleague and let them know what it is you’re trying to accomplish and then at regular intervals you let them know how far you’ve gotten towards your goal.
One of my favorite books on the topic of habits is James Clear’s Atomic Hanits. It’s an easy read, really full of great scientific info and most likely can be found at your library.
