Do you feel this letter will make you feel better or help improve the situation you are in rn?

Or do you feel like your ex will fail to address any of your concerns you have with him again?

However if you just want tell what he did wrong then I would suggest not sending the letter because he might become defensive and confrontational.

If you planned out what you wanted to say and how you want to say it then you could attempt to talk to him again to get his response. Unless you chose to send the letter and wait a bit longer for him to respond to you. Either way its up to you.

I know I wish I could have written a letter to my ex wife letting her know all of my heart but I know in the end it wouldn’t change anything on her side. The letter really would be for me. To release my pain and memories out onto paper

If you will feel better after that then send it...you are not sending for him...you are sending for your peace of mind 💜💜💜

If you feel deep down that the letter will help the situation, make you feel better giving it to him then by all means give it to you him

What would be your intentions, and maybe your hopes, about sending it? It’s been my experience that dealing with a situation in letters and texts just fuels the fire and have a high probability of imploding. I’m thinking that if it’s not a conversation you can have with your ex then there’s no point; if he can’t have an adult conversation then you have nothing to work with

Every action has a reaction so is it appropriate in your opinion to really send a letter to address whatever issue you're concerned with or simply let ex mean exactly what it stands for !!
