How do you do it?
I find things I enjoy and small or big things I'm grateful for. For example I feel grateful for waking up, having food in the fridge, being in good health, having internet, being able to walk etc. The more I focus on what I have and what's around me and feel grateful the more happier I become
I give thanks to God for everything as well, I see nothing but blessings all around me. Even if it's small things to someone else to me it's a huge blessing
