Glad both of you are here. Today I’m in a self soothing mode. Life is good but crazy busy and I just cleared a scary medical thing. Nothing permanent or anything, I’m good. But I’m doubling down on self care.

I cooked a bomb pork roast. Been spending serious fetch time with my puppy of Awesome. Been listening to a lot of my favorite music pretty music through the day.

I practice instruments, go for a walk to a park to get fresh air, and try to call friends if they pick up.

It’s hard to jump into things you don’t know and you dove right in. DM me anytime. Your homework 😉. On your walks, look for One Beautiful Thing. Reward yourself for doing something physical and healthy by (hopefully) seeing something really great in your walk.
