Hello and thanks for joining! I hope this finds you well...Today we’re kicking off talking about Slippery Sustainability. We all have habits that help us- but we don’t do them enough! What are some things you want to do more of to help in your journey?
This is a weird feeling but i started feeling anxious thinking about making this grid and writing everything out for myself and what helps to make my days etc .. it sounds awesome so why do i feel guilty as a mom and a wife for all the time i am giving to myself.... that is completely ridiculous isn’t it??
