@ben-davis-5 start with a simple ranking system. 1-5. @lisa-mayfield for example if you only worked out ten minutes what would rate it?

I want to improve my diet, I literally eat scrambled eggs and toast every day for breakfast. I just need some ideas, which aren’t to complicated to make. Any suggestions?

This is a weird feeling but i started feeling anxious thinking about making this grid and writing everything out for myself and what helps to make my days etc .. it sounds awesome so why do i feel guilty as a mom and a wife for all the time i am giving to myself.... that is completely ridiculous isn’t it??
