Hello my friends, and thanks for joining me this week. Today’s session will focus on Stacking habits. We all want to move forward, but sometimes it can seem like we need to improve on SO many different things that it’s daunting. I teach my clients to “stack” habits…pick one new one a week, and try to slowly add to the stack of great habits.
It all starts with one though: what’s what thing you’d like o do every day this week, consistently, to help you in your journey?
You are both doing great and should be proud. It’s not easy. I KNOW. Now let’s pledge to stack one more habit this week. I’m going with daily workout on the rowing machine, my exercise has been for s**t so I’m taking my inspiration from Brenda.
