You've been through a lot. I know it's been hard, but I'm so proud of who you are. You are strong, brave, smart, and you were given the gift of a beautiful heart. So, keep going strong and try not to stray. Not everyone will understand your journey. That's fine. It's not theirs to make sense of.....it's YOURS !
Hi everyone! I know there is only a few of us but I really wanted to share this. I was speaking to my therapist today and she asked me a question. She says, with all of these emotions you're experiencing, what other emotions can you pin point on your body. My stomach and anger was what was happening today. I then describe my feelings and unpack. I started being very judgmental of myself and she flipped and said, where is that coming from. Awhile later, it went back to my childhood traumas and not be enough, not being worthy and not feeling wanted. I unpacked today and it felt so good. I later, talked to my partner and unpacked some more and got to some juicy meat middles of my feelings and emotions and why I don't see myself in the best of lights sometimes. All the time, let's be real. So my question to all of you is, where do you feel the most emotion in your body? What is the emotion? Can you describe it? Is it stemming from something else. Daily check-ins with myself! Holla! Hahaha 🤣✨💕
Greeting all, new here!
Hello All. Please join me for a live session Monday at 9am central time. We are going to end the year with a discussion on Moving On and from there a plan and steps to get started.
What the group is about
I am totally mindful that this is the first real week in the new year and things seem to be working out, I hope I haven't spoken too soon. Knock on wood (I use my head lol) Anyway, hope everyone else is starting out good. Love and Prayers!
Take a little time to be amazed by something you won't enjoy unless you consciously choose to focus on it. See the things you can't see when you're rushing. Hear the things you can't hear when you're stressing. Get so caught up in your senses that everything else seems to stop for a moment - because things don't actually stop. So we have to be the ones who do it.
Stay in the moment. The practice of staying present will heal you. Obsessing about how the future will turn out causes anxiety. Replaying broken scenarios from the past causes anger and sadness. Stay here, in this moment.
Here we are at another Monday! This week I need to be mindful to give my little dog, Gus her heart pills I just got Friday, as I finally had enough money to take her to the vet. She is doing pretty good for being 16. Yea! Hope everyone's week goes well. Love and Prayers!
Hey everyone! Welcome any new comers! Are there any? My biggest mindfulness needs to be to participate in my own life. Some times I feel like it's just rolling by the end of my driveway. And I'm just here.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
The mind is like water... When it's turbulent, it's difficult to see. When it's calm, everything becomes clear.
Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won't).
Hello Wisdo friends, BRAIN DUMP!! Everyone is invited to join us in a live session at Joyful Retirement at 9am central time on Monday as we discuss ways to sleep more and feel better rested. How many times have you found yourself looking at the clock and saying it’s 3 if I sleep now I can still get 5 hours of sleep. Then looking again and it’s now 3:30. Do you have trouble turning off your brain, going through the things that need to get done and worrying about forgetting something. Especially since Covid, nationwide, worrying has increased and sleeping has decreased. Let’s make it better. Join us Monday.
Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside of you that is greater than any obstacle.
There is nothing more important than this moment.
Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make NOW the primary focus of your life.
