Hello all, I hope this finds you healthy and well. Thanks for joining! Todayâs subject is going to be a technique I use for my clients called âsectioningâ. We use it for focus, and to allow ourselves to put stresses or different aside in order to live happier and more productive lives. Before we get into the subjectâletâs set up the exercise! First, please write one sentence about your current emotional state. Second, write one sentence about what is MOST on your mind right now. Be specific,, e.g., âthe paper I have to write,â âmy job search,â etc. Write away!

Hello my friends!
Iâm so honored you decided to join. Today we are talking about safe spaces and how to build them for ourselves.
I read a really interesting article on ânostalgia as safe spaceâ recently.
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/28/smarter-living/coronavirus-nostalgia.html
Take a look and letâs talk: what are your safe spaces in the midst of this crazy 2020, and how do you maintain them?

Hello wonderful Wisdo folks! I hope todayâs session finds you healthy and well. Iâm so honored to have you here. As those of you who have been here before know well, a lot of my coaching work centers around narrative. What stories are we living? What stories are we telling ourselves?
Specifically for today: letâs look towards the future. This has been an incredibly hard year on all of us, but there will come a time when things are much easier. Change is inevitable, including positive change.
So picture yourself on that day, when you look around and things have changed. When life feels less chaotic, and youâre striding towards your goals.
What are you doing on that day? Where are you? Who are you with? What does the world around you look like, sound like?
What is your âafterâ narrative?

Hello all! Itâs such a joy to be here today, thank you for joining me. In uncertain times, I find that âgoing smallerâ sometimes helps. Using small, short-term goals to keep me moving forward in my journey. This week I resolved to really pay attention to my sleep, and just work on each night as my daily goal. Iâve found myself happier and healthier already, and itâs such a small thing. What âmicro goalsâ can you set for yourself this week?

Hello, itâs so good to be here today on this wonderful platform with you wonderful people. I hope this finds you happy and healthy! Iâd like to start today with fortune telling. No, I wonât be telling yours, my crystal ball is in the shop. But so often when we try to tell OUR future we only do so with a negative bias. We only think âthat could happenâ when we think of negative outcomes.
Thatâs natural, and in some cases healthy.
What I want us to work on today is Balanced Fortunetelling. For every negative thing you think could happen, think of one positive thingâŚ
That. Could. ALSO. Happen.

Hello, itâs so good to see you on Wisdo! I hope youâve all been having a good week, and have managed to enjoy a very different sort of summer.
Itâs the soon-to-be-passing of a season! I usually take moments like these with my clients to take a look at Big Goals to reach before the end of 2020.
So letâs check in! What would you like to complete/take on/work on before the end of the year?
Weâll be following a maxim of mine today: for every goal, make 4 steps.
Dream.
Say It Loud (or write it on Wisdo ;-).
Plan, then:
Do.

Hello hope you are doing well
Iâm really confused about what to study at college. I love interior design and everything that has to do with color, furniture, architecture, etc... but on the other hand I love animals and I just have this intriguing feeling about becoming a wildlife filmmaker or journalist, all the people that I look forward and admire works with animals or are wildlife filmmakers, Or scientists like Jane Goodall, I find their lives so exciting and Honestly it would be my dream life. I feel that I like a lot of things and if a choose one I wonât be able to to the others if that makes sense. I feel stuck and disappointed of myself. Hope you can help me

I hope this finds you well! Welcome and thanks for joining. A great place to start today is a wonderful 5-minute read:

The work I do with my practice centers around personal narrativeâŚI donât always use the â5 Questionsâ but they are a fun and helpful start.
What were you answers?

Hello and welcome, I hope this finds you well and healthy! Itâs great to see you and be here on Wisdo.
Todayâs exercise is something I call Title Reduction.
Iâd like you to sit comfortably, breath gently, and say âI amâ plus your âfull titleâ to yourself. Go ahead and type it here, for example:
âI am Michael Eldridge, writer/filmmaker/coach.â
As youâre saying that sentence to yourself, think of all the stresses you are under. Whatâs bothering you now, or what are you worried about for the future?
Now say to yourself: âI amâŚNAMEâ and let see how it feels to drop your title.
Now as you breath gently, think of your childhood. Good, bad, doesnât matter.
Then: drop your name. Say to yourself simply: âI am.â
Breath a few more breaths, saying âI amâ to yourself on each one.

Hello my friends, and thanks for joining me this week. Todayâs session will focus on Stacking habits. We all want to move forward, but sometimes it can seem like we need to improve on SO many different things that itâs daunting. I teach my clients to âstackâ habitsâŚpick one new one a week, and try to slowly add to the stack of great habits.
It all starts with one though: whatâs what thing youâd like o do every day this week, consistently, to help you in your journey?

Welcome and I hope youâre well!
Today weâre talking about âlimiting beliefsâ. A limiting belief is a state of mind or âcertaintyâ that stop you fro progress.
Theyâre very rarely true.
Examples:
âIâll never be happy.â
âIâll never improve.â
âI just canât lose that weight.â
So letâs get this party started! What are your limiting beliefs?

Hello my friends. Welcome to our session, thank you for being here, and I hope this finds you well.
Today weâre trying something new!
When you signed up for Wisdo, you did your âbeen theresâ and âgoing through thatsâ. You also set goals for yourself.
Take a moment before checking in and review your own profile, and your goals. How are you doing with your progress? And even more importantly, how can we work together to get you closer?

Hello my friends. Welcome to our session, thank you for being here, and I hope this finds you well.
In honor of the holiday week, letâs start with a look at gratitude. Sure, giving thanks is good for us to do for others, but did you know it has lot of scientifically proven benefits for us as well?
Take a read and then check in!
