We all want to move forward, but sometimes it can seem like we need to improve on SO many different things that it’s daunting. I teach my clients to “stack” habits…pick one new one a week, and try to slowly add to the stack of great habits. It all starts with one though: what’s what thing you’d like o do every day this week, consistently, to help you in your journey?
