Now: I invite you to hum three tones. One- om, high, and see it coming from your mind. Two- ah. Feel it in your throat, a lower tone. Three- hummmmmm, deep and long, and let echo in your chest.

I repeat this as needed throughout my days and use it to relax pain (for me in my chest) and it also seems to settle me. I’m here for you, please take care of yourself. ❤️💪🏽
