Welcome and I hope you’re well! Today we’re talking about “limiting beliefs”. A limiting belief is a state of mind or “certainty” that stop you fro progress. They’re very rarely true. Examples: “I’ll never be happy.” “I’ll never improve.” “I just can’t lose that weight.” So let’s get this party started! What are your limiting beliefs?
Firstly hi and secondly I would say can life get better, am I able to do something different to retail and can I really lose weight ? These are my thoughts mostly in my head .
Is that a “all or nothing” thought distortion? I try to identify those quickly and re do the thought in a positive way.
