I'm struggling to stay positive, like I am falling into the darkness again. Know where the light is? I am lost?
Take one day at a time and set small goals. Hopefully you will start to feel better tomorrow. As tomorrow is a bed day.
Set a goal...and start taking small actions...day by day you will become more positive and productive 💯

On a btw Sarah I wasn’t trying to be cheeky, it’s my efforts to try and turn things on their head for myself. One of the things I did was to make a top 10 list of the things that bring me down the most and made that list my gratitude list. It took a lot from me to be grateful for them but a surprise outcome has been that when my mind starts running it’s game on the subject I’m able to go “wait a minute; I’m practicing being grateful for that”. There’s been lot of trauma in my life so I’m not saying that lightly. Hang in there
